I bought an expensive item at Dell which I need to return. I did get reward points which I think already posted. Anyone ever use the points and then return item? Did they charge you for item using the points?
I actually did this years ago with Best Buy. My reward account went negative but they never tried to claw back anything.
Probably not the most ethical thing so just thinking of possibilities.
