Got something this afternoon, "for our very best card members" offering two bonus points per dollar spend at gas stations (up to 5000 points) during the months of July and August. Has a promo code to call in with to register so may be targeted. Not fabulous but better than nothing,

Came in the regular mail. I get paper statements from them bc I find their website to be a pain at times. May be that it would come by email if that was my main correspondence setup with them. My guess is targeted bc they didn't even take my card number, just the offer code
