I'm either really confused...or missing something.
Got following message:
Dear Valued Customer,
Thank you for your inquiry.
Please be advised that your card has been upgraded to World Elite Status. There are no added fees for this upgrade. A new chip card was systematically requested and is being issued to you. Please be aware, your account number has not changed or been affected by the upgrade of your existing card product. Your current card is valid through the last day of the embossed expiration date.
We hope this information is helpful.
Do I have the old version and now they are issuing World Elite versions? If so, then, should I decline this change. And then just apply for this world elite product?
Or is it simply that they inserted a chip....i.e. same product. But why call it world elite then.
