This may be too small-time to appeal to most, but I thought it would be worth my time. Apparently you can get refunds for buying things like produce, meat, cheese, snack items and other normal food through loopholes in liquor laws. Beer companies sponsor refunds that require the purchase of their beer and food. However, if you live in certain states, you aren't required to buy the beer - only the food.
