Chase Sapphire Preferred Commercial Quoted The Points Guy

I just saw a Chase Sapphire commercial (new to me) that showed a quote from The Points Guy that stated it was one of the best cards...blah blah.

LOL. Kudos to a points blogger for making it onto a Chase commercial.

Maybe Chase doesnt hate us all.

And note the disclaimer in the commercial stating (I paraphrase here as I don't recall the exact wording) how all of the endorsers in the ad (including TPG) receive compensation from Chase for applications approved using their links.

And call me cynical but I'll bet TPG ponied up more $ than Gary to be featured...

TPG sells credit cards. That is what he does. He isn't one of "us". He works for Chase and any other company whose affiliate links he offers in whatever media you might find it. It's his business.
