The Marriott Chase offer is receive 10,000 points, person applying gets 70,000 points with a 2,000 spend in 3 months. The deadline to "invite" friends is by August 19th. The Chase Sapphire Preferred offer is the same as it's been, get 5000 points for referring a friend. The friend gets 40k points with $3,000 spend in 3 months. The max the referrer can earn is 50k points on both cards. The Marriott one was new to me.
