Does Chase prorate annual fees? And how many days after annual fee posting until the annual fee can't be refunded (or is only partially refunded)?
If product specific, I'm wondering about the Ritz card. My AF posted on 12/1, and I'd like to get 2016 travel credits in January if possible.
