I just got an offer for a BuyPower Capitol One card. First $5000 spend is 5% cb toward a new car, then 2% after that. No annual fee. Unfortunately, the earnings can't be combined with the GM employee discount that my family has…so no go for me. Seems like you would have to have this card for a while to get any decent discounts off a car.
