i.m helping a family (overseas contract worker) to go to manila from dubai. Any suggestions on what miles to use for a economy seat? I am using my miles so they can somewhat save some of their hard earned money in dubai.
Since cash prices are cheap, the best bet would be booking with Chase UR/Citi TYP directly. Or AA miles at 22,500 miles each way (25,000 miles after March 22, 2016).
