Has anyone ever heard that if you have a BBVA Compass Credit Card and have a credit balance, that you get a check for the overage, you can only deposit it at a BBVA Bank?
WTF? Is this a thing? It's caused my main bank - Cap1 360 to suspend my account pending an investigation as I remotely deposited the BBVA check and the 1st of 2 CSRs said they would close my account no questions asked.
