Thanks. I already signed up for that deal but the only Whole Foods that I know of anyways is about 25 mins from me.

Thanks for the reminder. I found it on 3 of 12 Amex cards. Not sure why those particular cards - could not figure out a pattern. Good a few Egg McMuffins!

It only showed up on one of my six Amex cards. I hadn't been to a McDs in years but recently saw a sign for a new jalapeno burger that I wanted to try. I didn't receive the statement credit. I later saw the store I went to didn't show up in the locations nearby section (perhaps because it was a new store). I was concerned because it was a card I didn't use often and wanted to use some other offers on that card so contacted Amex. They credited me the $5 and assured me everything would be fine with the other offers.
