Amex Bus Plat 30K point offer for FX International Pymt Service sign up

Looking through my amex bus plat offers, I saw an offer for 30k points if I sign up for FX International Pymt service. My daughter is headed to France for her junior year abroad- As I plan to be sending her money while she is there anyway, this seems like a pretty good deal- I looked but couldn't find what the actual cost would be to wire money, no fees were listed in the FAQ section- I'm wondering if anyone has any experience with this service- it seems like a reasonable way to earn 30K without requiring any MS.
Thoughts?

I was just approved for this. There was a limited due diligence for business documents, which was no problem for our biz. It took a few weeks...hopefully now the first payment will work.
