Amex BGR offer (no prior card membership language)

So the question is that can I apply for this card ? I am unable to see any language suggesting that I cannot. I had this card until a couple of months ago.

I know there have a been a few data points recently with differing results of AMEX honoring these offers that have slightly altered language. Have you chatted with AMEX?

Not yet, however I think I am legally covered ? I dont mind suing them in small claims if needed.

I used that offer in my Amex Offers a few days after the public business applications went "once per lifetime." I had already had the BGR and closed it ~18 months prior, and I got the points. Take heed, though, I saw the same offer (again!) in my Offers section a week or two ago and now it's gone It could have disappeared since I just got the same offer/card, but that didn't stop them from putting it there for a few days...

I don't believe this one has language. If it does not, you are good to go.

Got this offer on the wife's amex account just now and noticed no once per lifetime text, so applied and got approved instantly (after doing a churn of 7 other cards 2 weeks ago). Kinda surprised she got it approved instantly!
