LOL Citi isn't any better unless you are targeted for the bonus. I've lost the battle twice over for getting my 50k AA miles from them from last year.

That's a legitimate concern, however this particular bonus was public.

I called Mango. They are aware of the issue and will be fixing it. I'm not sure if you need to call in - I wouldn't think so, since it's known to be a systemwide issue, but it wouldn't hurt, either.

Same here. Gonna try out DDing 800 and then buying MOs and paying a couple bills at grocery store for a month and see if its worth it.

Yeah, same is being reported on DoC. Same problem is also happening with Netspend products. My guess (hope) is that it's because of the weekend. We'll see soon enough..
