1000 Point Dining Offer

Offer is currently 1000 points for $25 in dining at participating restaurants. Normal bonus is only 300 points, so this is a good increase. There's other bonuses going on as well, although IMO not worth going out of your way as you need to spend at least $500, but if you coincidentally eat out a lot at participating restaurants, just an extra bonus.

This is great for gift cards/certs at restaurants nearby that you frequent or want to try but can't make it out to a dine-out just yet. The OP is a bit dated. Is this still available?

this is still available.. I used it to "dine" at buca di beppo with the amex sync deal. Bought a $50 GC and sold it for $35.

It's worth while pursuing this if you can get the dining sign up bonus for multiple airlines like UA, AA, US and buy multiple GCs on the same day and sell them online.

I sold all of mine..

This was excellent way to get started for the various programs and hopefully get target for the 10k miles promo next time.
