I saw signs up at WMs GCM that says American Express $100 Gift Card $0 purchase charge WAS $5.64

offer valid 9/1/14 - 12/31/14

BTW, the GO Bank checking MC debit cards are now available with 2.95 fee plus minimum of $20 load. No CC, buxx DC was accepted.

What is your strategy for this? For 2x and low denominations do you have fast liquidation?

I'm thinking of the holidays and these will be giveaways. But of course, that's not considered MS since it's down the drain, not back to the bank.

Aside from draining buxx funds which posts as purchase, I was thinking of swiping a few to ALR.
