Through the MileagePlanShopping, you can buy a NYTimes digital subscription which gets you 1,300 miles. The current rate is $5 for a 12-week trial. T&C say that subscription has to be active for 90 days, which means you will need to pay the $5 for the 12 weeks, and then pay for one additional week. As the NYTimes bills in 4-week batches, you may or may not be able to get a partial refund (I will let you know in 11 weeks time)
