0% biz cards, any drawbacks?

I'm looking mainly at the US Bank Platinum Edge card that has 0% for 12 months and I'll try for the Ink Cash later as Chase's giving nature of Biz cards is drying up and i got and Ink plus 6 months ago.

I'm having to do this to help out my brother who had a work injury and is now about 22k in debt because of it... Long story, blah blah blah paying interest is bad, we all know....

I'm just seeing if anyone has done something like this... any drawbacks? issues getting future biz cards? I'm doing this to keep it off my personal credit and hopefully save him a couple thousand in interest over the 12 months and help alleviate some debt so he can get a loan from his credit union in about 9 months and bounce the funds back to himself.

In theory the utilization would be offline when it comes to your score.

In practice, you need to consider it a gift, not a loan. It may not be repaid.
