Can Vanilla Reload be found at 7 Eleven? Yes, the last two I purchased are from there. I’ve been to 5 in NYC and they all have them.
Can I use my Walmart gift card to buy a reload pack or do rapid reload? I doubt it. Walmart gift cards are only usable at the POS and not for cash reloads.
What websites that will give me points for eBay gift cards? Not necessarily points, but TopCashBack can give you cash back if you buy the eBay gift cards through GiftCardMall. Use those gift cards and buy on eBay with eBay Bucks and you’ll be receiving at least 4% back.
Is it possible to convert Chase Sapphire to the Chase Freedom? Yes, it’s possible. I was able to convert my regular Sapphire Visa into the Freedom Mastercard. It’s also possible to convert a non Ultimate Rewards rewards earning credit card into an Ultimate Rewards card. The phone agent may give you a hard time converting the points into Ultimate Rewards, but if your negotiation skills are good they will give you most of the points.

I’ve been to five in NYC and only 1 allows credit cards. It’s pretty tough.
You just need the right cashier and do not pick up a MoneyPak. I believe that’s the cause of the cashiers saying cash only.
I also live in NYC and have so far not been able to find a 7 Eleven that will allow CC purchases. Would you be willing to share (email is fine) the location where you were successful? Just trying to max out my Freedom this quarter.

Sure! Recently, I haven’t had any success in 7-11. I can’t buy any prepaid cards, Paypal Cash cards, etc.
